My weight is sky-rocketing. The cause is that I am blatantly ignoring my own instinct and eating all these carbs and sugar. As much as I want to go back to when I was in the States, the journey is starting to look tough.
Either I want to make it happen or I continue to let it slide.
It’s scary to think that time is really moving fast. It’s almost mid-February.
The key is really self-discipline and a set of schedule and habits. I have been saying these for god know how many times. I have given myself up I think. I am walking away from this thing call Life. Life is a Dyson vacuum cleaner. It’s so easy to suck.
I know I have no rights to complain. Not an ounce of right.
Going back to my weight. This is the most urgent thing I need to tackle.
1. Set up fasting routine.
2. Up the exercise game. I have ran 10km (albeit too many stops along the way) last week. This will be continued.
3. Monitor the carbs intake.
